Q1. What are the requirements to enter the TCL UHD promotion?

Purchase an eligible product from a participating retailer (between 01/06/2017 and 30/07/2017) and claim online (between the 01/06/2017 and 20/08/2017 11:59pm AEST). Please note claims must be submitted within 21 days of the receipt date. If a claim is submitted more than 21 days past the date on the supporting invoice, the claim will be deemed invalid.

Eligible products for $150 Reward: 65X2US, 75C2US, 65C2US, 65P20US

Eligible products for $70 Reward: 55X2US, 55C2US, 49C2US, 60P20US, 55P20US, 50P20US

Q3. How many times can I enter the TCL UHD Promotion?

Maximum 4 entries per person per household.

Q4. How do I claim for the promotion?

After purchasing an eligible product during the purchase period, visit www.tclpromotion.com.auwww.tclpromotion.com.au to enter your claim.

Please note your must have a legible scanned copy of your purchase invoice that shows the purchase date, eligible product, retailer and purchase price in order to upload to your claim.

Q5. How do I choose my Reward?

When claiming via www.tclpromotion.com.au, you will be prompted to choose your Reward from:

1) A Physical GooglePlay gift card.

Or

2) A Digital Code to redeem for a digital Coles, Amart Sports, or Woolworths WISH gift card.

Q6. How will my claim be validated?

You will be asked to supply a copy of your purchase receipt while completing the online claim form by scanning the receipt and uploading as an attachment onto the web page.

In order for your claim to be validated, all submitted invoices must include: the purchase date, eligible product, retailer and purchase price.

Q7. What do I do if I don’t receive a valid email?

Once you have registered your claim, a claim ID will be displayed on screen and you will also be sent a confirmation email.

You can visit the claim website www.tclpromotion.com.au and input this claim ID to check the status of your claim. If the status of your claim is valid, though you have not received your Reward, contact us on 1300 737 968 and have your claim ID reference available.

Q8. When will I receive my Reward?

Once your claim is validated, an email will be sent to notify you with the timeframe on when your Reward will be dispatched.

If you have chosen a Physical GooglePlay gift card: Your gift card will be dispatched within 4 weeks of receiving the email that details your claim has been validated.

If you have chosen a Digital Code to redeem for either a digital Coles, Amart Sports, or Woolworths WISH gift card: Your Digital Code will be sent via email, with instructions how to redeem, within 14 business days of receiving the email that details your claim has been validated. Please note you must redeem your Digital Code by the expiry detailed in the email with the Digital Code.

Q9. How long is my Reward valid for?

Depending on which Reward you have chosen; GooglePlay gift card: Gift Card value expires 2 years following the date of (1) card issuance, or (2) last activity on Google Play stored value account into which the card is redeemed, whichever is later.

Digital Code: Digital Codes must be redeemed by the expiry detailed in the email with the Digital Code (typically 30 days).

Once your Digital Code has been redeemed, depending on which retailer you have chosen, the following expiries apply:

Woolworths WISH: Gift cards are valid for 6 months. The expiry date will be detailed on the digital gift card.

Coles: Gift cards are valid for 2 years. The expiry date will be detailed on the digital gift card.

Amart Sports: Gift cards are valid for 1 year. The expiry date will be detailed on the digital gift card.
